After downloading the update file from the site QH2012.zip extract it to a specific location and start the updating processing as shown in the above pics. for example I will explain you to update the Quick Heal Total Security 2012 the process is same for all the flavors of Quick Heal Anti Virus 2012,2011,2010 also

1) Quick Heal Native Boot Scan is running on every reboot what to do??

Solution:

Open registry editor.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->Control->Session Manager
and find the boot execute (in right hand side pane) double click on that to edit, then you will see something like the below screen. delete the content after the * sign and restart
