Process of Updating:-

After downloading the update file from the site QH2012.zip extract it to a specific location and start the updating processing as shown in the above pics. for example I will explain you to update the Quick Heal Total Security 2012 the process is same for all the flavors of Quick Heal Anti Virus 2012,2011,2010 also

Start->Quick Heal Total Security -> Quick Update ->Next->Select Pick From The Specified Location -> Click ->File -> and select any file you want from the extracted folder of QH2012 and Click Next the extracting .dat file will be started and you're done.
